Tasting - Undurraga Brut

Name:  Undurraga
Variety: Brut (Chardonnay + Pinot Noir)
Region:  Maipo Valley
Country:  Chile
Year:  N/A (I believe 2015)
Price:  $10
Winery review:  Dry, light and fresh with lime, grapefruit and stone fruit flavours and elegant bubbles.  A great apéritif or sparkling wine for toasting.
My review:  I picked up on tons of apple.  This was a very bubbly/effervescent wine, with a good mouth feel.  Very crisp.  I did not try this with food, but I could see it going well with a sharp cheddar cheese.
